What's the IMEI number?
Every mobile phone, GSM modem or device with a built-in phone / modem has a unique 15 digit IMEI number. It’s like a serial number for your phone that allows us to identify it. You can get your IMEI number by dialing #*06# or checking your settings.
How can I find my iPhone's IMEI number?
There are many methods to find your iPhone’s IMEI number. The easiest way is to dial *#06# in the phone app, just as if you wanted to call a phone number.

It is when an iPhone is locked to a specific Mobile Network. This means that the iPhone can only operate with that specific network. If you try to use a different one, you will see to your iPhone’s screen “INVALID SIM” or something similar!
Why do I need to know the Network of my iPhone?
To get the full picture of your iPhone, you need to know not only if your iPhone is Locked, but WHICH Network blocks your iPhone. This will be helpful to you because you will know in which network your iPhone can operate and also, it will help you to pick the correct iPhone Unlock Service (If you want to unlock it!).
What is the Blacklist Status?
This check, will inform you if your iPhone is reported as LOST or STOLEN, or if a Mobile Network marked it with UNPAID BILLS or UNDER CONTRACT status. LOST/STOLEN means that this iPhone was LOST or were stolen by the original owner. UNPAID BILLS and UNDER CONTRACT is something that Mobile Networks use, if the original owner is not paying his/her contract bills or if this iPhone is still active with an account. What is Find My iPhone?
Find My iPhone enables you to locate iOS devices only when they are on and connected to a registered Wi-Fi network or have an active data plan. If you are planning to buy a second hand iPhone, the Find My iPhone feature should be OFF!
What is the iCloud Status?
iCloud Activation Lock is designed to prevent anyone from using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch if you ever lose your device. It starts working the moment you turn on Find My iPhone. From then on, your Apple ID and password will be required before anyone can turn off Find My iPhone, erase your device, or reactivate it. This can help you keep your device secure, even if it’s in the wrong hands. If you are planning to buy a second hand iPhone, the Find My iPhone feature should be OFF, which also disables the iCloud Activation Screen.
How all those information will help me?
Knowing all those information about an iPhone, will allow you to understand if it can be used from you. For instance, if an iPhone that you want to buy is locked to a Korean Network, and you leave on USA, it will not allow you to use it with a USA network. The same principle can be applied for the Blacklist status, Find My iPhone and iCloud status. Always check an iPhone before buying it!

After your order, a ticket will be created under your e-mail address! You can respond us there and send us the correct IMEI number. Also, if the IMEI number is wrong, we will get back to you first (We have IMEI Calculators and Validators!).
I used a wrong e-mail address, what should I do?
Just send us through our Contact Us form your IMEI number and the transaction code to update your account and send you the report to your correct e-mail address!
I made the order. When you will unlock my iPhone?
We will not! Our report includes a full iPhone Unlock Check (SIM-Lock, Network, Blacklist, Find My iPhone/iCloud status and more), a recommendation to Unlock your iPhone (If there is any!)!
I completed the payment, but I haven't received anything! What should I do?
First, make sure to check your Spam folder! Then, make sure that you typed correctly your e-mail during your order. Lastly, contact us with your IMEI number and transaction code, to track down your order and provide you an update. Sometimes delays can happen, because Apple’s GSX servers might be OFFLINE.
I already knew those information about my iPhone. Can I get my money back?
No, this is not possible. Once we receive your order and check your IMEI number, we are also getting charged. We are not finding your iPhone’s information for free, so once we provide you the IMEI Check report, it is not possible to refund you!
How can I unlock my iPhone now?
